How to add your IP to Intrusion Dectection

Please follow this guide to add your IP to Intrusion Detection on your companies PBX

You can only do this on a computer that already has access to your companies PBX, please do the following preferably in your companies office!

Step 1.) 

• Head to your company PBX via your companys domain host name: http://hybrid-xxx.wny-voip.me/admin/config.php.

Replace "xxx" in the example domain with your companys name.

 Log in with your Username and Password

If you don't know your Username/ and or Password, please contact your administrator or submit a support ticket via https://support.vtrtechnology.com/ 

 Once your logged in you should see this page: 


Step 2.)

•  At the top of the pages toolbar click on Admin then select System Admin

•  You should now see this page and on the right side of the page an option for Intrusion Detection

•  Click on Intrusion detection and add your IP to the box in the middle of the screen that says "Whitelist" after doing so please press the submit button to save changes.

To have immediate effects on your newly whitelisted IP after submitted the changes YOU MUST press the restart button. This example is in the picture above circled in black.  Remember the steps in the following order, Add IP > Submit Changes > Then restart button!!!

DO NOT BY ANY MEANS touch anything else on this page. Whitelist your IP then exit!

Now you have successfully whitelisted your new IP in Intrusion Detection!
