Setting a destination for an Inbound Route. (How to point your numbers)

  Step 1.) Head to your company PBX via your companys domain host name:  http://hybrid-xxx.wny-voip.me/admin/config.php.
Replace "xxx" in the example domain with your companys name

    Once you are on this screen 


         












 


-Continue by clicking on "FreePBX Administration"
      

- Log in with your Username and Password
If you don't know your Username and/or Password. Please contact your administrator or create a ticket via https://support.vtrtechnology.com/ 

      Step 2.)

   Once you're logged in the top of your page should look like
 
-Click on Connectivity and follow the drop-down menu to Inbound Routes.


Step 3.)  Once you reach this page, you will search the number you are looking for in the highlighted search box below.

The number must be in this format 716XXXXXXX  (No dashes)




- Select the edit icon under the column Actions in the row of the number you are selecting.


You will reach this page.

- Under Set Destination select the drop-down menu arrow on the right side, highlighted below.



Scroll through the list and navigate to QUEUES and select the queue of your choosing. OR EXTENSIONS and select the specifc extension to route your number to.

     -Hit Submit highlighted below.


  -Hit Apply Config hightlighted below.






Congratulations! You have just pointed your first number.
